Hoop Practice clips to Benny Benassi

I went at it for four hours this morning... figured I might as well catch some of it on video. I practiced a lot of vertical moves which is what I've become fascinated with for the past couple of months. I then attempted butt hooping which I saw in a ShpongledHoops video a long time ago, and I also have been trying out that no-handed step through that she does. That one really puts me out of breath. After I stopped filming, I actually found that when I take deep breaths and then go, I can kick it up when it comes back to my right thigh, yet I cannot step back through it for the third time...
